通心粉 少许
橙子 1个
生菜 2片
番茄 1/2个
牛肉 30克
黑胡椒粉 少许
橄榄油 少许
盐 少许
黄芥末 少许
洋葱 10克
制作
1.将牛肉切成约5厘米长的条;番茄切成半月状,洋葱切成小圈;生菜掰小块,把通心粉煮熟(煮10分钟)。
2-3.将牛肉条用盐、黑胡椒粉腌制片刻。起油锅,放入腌制好的牛肉条炒至半熟。
4-7.把切好的番茄、洋葱圈和煮熟的通心粉放入碗中,把橙子汁挤入生菜中。最后把冷却的牛肉条放入碗中,挤上少许黄芥末即可。
