2.2　Tooling Equipment Configuration

The Zheng Xi sleeper yard，based on the already known sleeper production task and requirement of construction period，is equipped with mechanic assembly line to produce sleepers.The assembly line in sleeper workshop is composed of concrete vibration platform，roll table conveyer belt，rollover formwork machine，steam curing device，concrete batching and conveying device.The batching plant model is HZS60；the lifting device is 2 crown blocks in sleeper production workshop，1 tower crane for sleeper storage and delivery，2 forklifts； 1 boiler for sleeper steam curing.The constr-uction equipment configuration see Table 1，and testing instrumentation see Table 2.
