餐厅、饭店服务员使用得体的欢迎和问候语接待客人，将会给客人留下良好的第一印象，消除用餐客人的陌生感，让客人感到宾至如归；同时也会给餐厅塑造一个良好的形象，获得客人的好评，提升餐厅、饭店的影响力和知名度。
【基本句型】
1. Good Morning/ Afternoon/Evening, Sir/Madam.
